Order Processing
2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & holidays). Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to UPS — it does not include transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground) — $5.00
1–5 business days after your order has shipped. Shipping time is the time UPS takes to deliver your package once it leaves our hands.
• Expedited Shipping (UPS 1–2 Business Days) — $24.99
A faster option for when you need your order quickly.
International Shipping
• International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
• All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs processing times vary by country, which may affect delivery.
Important Information
• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a $9.95 reshipment fee.
• Once UPS marks your package as delivered, ENVY’D is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
