All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days after your order has shipped.

• Expedited Shipping (UPS 1–3 Business Days) — $24.99

A faster option for when you need your order quickly.

 

International Shipping

• International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

• All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customs processing times vary by country, which may affect delivery.

 

Important Information

• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a $9.95 reshipment fee.

• Once UPS marks your package as delivered, ENVY’D is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons, as UPS may apply additional surcharges and experience delays.
