How do I make a return?
To make a return, submit your return request here with your email address or phone number and order number.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
All wigs are FINAL SALE. This includes Human Hair and Heatless.
Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- ALL Wigs (Heatless & Human Hair) - FINAL SALE
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Sunglasses
- Bodysuits
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
What happens if I am sent the wrong item?
If you are sent the wrong item, please return it, unused or worn, and you will be issued a store credit.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
