All sales are FINAL SALE due to the custom nature of our products. This includes:
• Wefts
• Clip-Ins
• Heatless Wigs
• Hair Oils
• Shampoo, Conditioner & Masks
• Hair Treatments
• Accessories
Exchanges:
• Hair may only be exchanged if you ordered the wrong shade. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Store credit will be issued once the product is received in unused, original condition.
• Shampoo, Conditioner, or Hair Mask may be exchanged if unopened. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Used, worn, or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

All apparel and accessories are FINAL SALE.
Because every item is already marked down, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit
• Refunds are not available.
• Store credit will be issued for approved exchanges.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
