Return & Exchange Policy

At ENVY'D, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Hair Extensions

All extension purchases are final sale. However, we do offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The hair must be completely unused and unworn
  • The bundle must remain intact (not unwrapped, cut, or altered in any way)
  • The original tag must still be attached

We cannot accept exchanges on hair that has been removed from the bundle, installed, brushed out, or tampered with in any way.

Why this matters:
Because hair extensions are a personal-use product, we cannot verify if the hair has been used once it has been opened or altered. This policy ensures every customer receives clean, high-quality hair.

Exchange Window

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back within 3 days of exchange approval

Exchange Process

  1. Email info@envydhair.com with your order number and exchange request
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition

Once we receive and inspect the hair, your exchange will be processed.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
    • Returning the original item
    • Shipping the new item back to you

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ENVY'D is not responsible for lost return packages.


All Other Products

All other items, including:

  • Hair Oils
  • Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Hair Masks & Treatments
  • Accessories
  • Apparel

are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
