Is this 100% human hair?
Yes, all ENVY’D extensions are made with premium 100% human hair for a soft, natural look.
How many bundles do I need?
Most installs require 2–3 bundles for a natural look, 3–4 bundles for added fullness, depending on your desired style
Can I heat style or color the extensions?
Yes, our extensions can be heat styled, and Pressed Straight & Burmese Curly can be custom colored. For best results, we recommend professional coloring to maintain quality.
How long do the extensions last?
Our extensions can last through multiple installs, with each install typically lasting 2–3 months. Longevity depends on how well the hair is maintained and cared for.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed 1-2 days, so changes or cancellations are only accepted during the proccessing period. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer able to be cancelled.
Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order before purchasing. Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hoursof delivery and we’ll make it right.
When will I receive Tracking Information?
You’ll receive tracking via email once your order has shipped.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
How long does Shipping take after my order process?
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within1–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What if my address is incorrect or my package is lost?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ENVY’D is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Returned orders will require a reshipment fee.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
