What to Expect β Pressed Straight
Pressed Straight is our textured straight hair, designed to resemble the fullness of blown-out natural hair and the finish of a silk press when styled.
- Expect texture and fullness straight out of the package. It does not arrive with a flat-ironed finish.
- You control the finish. Wear it with more texture or press it in small sections for a smoother look. Always use heat protectant.
- The texture can become fuller again after washing or exposure to humidity. Restyling may be needed to achieve your preferred smoothness.
- Blending depends on your natural texture and styling. It pairs well with blown-out or silk-pressed natural hair, but your leave-out may still need styling.
Avoid repeatedly flat-ironing your leave-out to chase a perfect match. A stylist can help you choose the best blend and installation.
Is this 100% human hair?
Yes, all ENVYβD extensions are made with premium 100% human hair for a soft, natural look.
How many bundles do I need?
Most installs require 2β3 bundles for a natural look, 3β4 bundles for added fullness, depending on your desired style
Can I heat style or color the extensions?
Yes, our extensions can be heat styled, and Pressed Straight & Burmese Curly can be custom colored. For best results, we recommend professional coloring to maintain quality.
How long do the extensions last?
Our extensions can last through multiple installs, with each install typically lasting 2β3 months. Longevity depends on how well the hair is maintained and cared for.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Orders process in 1β2 business days, so message us right away. Once it's shipped, it's on its way.
Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
Yes, 7-day exchanges on extensions. If the hair is unused, unworn, and unaltered with the tags still attached, email info@envydhair.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll swap it. You cover shipping both ways. Hair care products, accessories, and apparel are final sale.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hoursof delivery and weβll make it right.
When will I receive Tracking Information?
Youβll receive tracking via email once your order has shipped.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days(MondayβFriday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, youβll receive tracking information via email.
How long does Shipping take after my order process?
Orders process in 1β2 business days, then ship at a $5 flat rate. Most U.S. orders arrive 2β3 business days after that. Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
What if my address is incorrect or my package is lost?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ENVYβD is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Returned orders will require a reshipment fee.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How to care for your extensions
Keep your ENVYβD extensions looking their best with gentle handling, consistent cleansing, and conditioning.
- Before installation: Gently wash, condition, and inspect your hair. Allow it to dry completely before installing.
- Cleanse regularly: Wash approximately every 1β2 weeks, or sooner if you notice product buildup. Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and work downward. Avoid rubbing, twisting, or bunching the hair.
- Condition every wash: Apply conditioner through the lengths and ends, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid piling heavy products onto the wefts.
- Detangle gently: Start at the ends and work upward in small sections, supporting the hair as you go. For Burmese Curly, detangle while damp with conditioner using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
- Keep products lightweight: Use a small amount of leave-in conditioner as needed. Avoid heavy oils, grease, and excessive product layering.
- Protect from heat: Use heat protectant and the lowest effective temperature. Limit repeated passes. Frequent heat styling can affect curl patterns.
- Dry completely: Make sure both the extensions and your braided foundation are fully dry. Never sleep with wet hair or store damp bundles.
- Protect at night: Loosely braid, twist, or wrap the hair according to your style, then cover it with a satin or silk bonnet or scarf.
- Handle the wefts carefully: Avoid unnecessary cutting of the wefts and pulling at the attachment points. Some shedding can occur, especially after cutting or rough handling.
- Leave chemical changes to a professional: Coloring, bleaching, or other chemical processing can affect the hairβs condition and texture.
- Between installs: Wash, condition, detangle, and dry the hair completely. Store it neatly in a clean, dry place.
Your styling routine, installation, and maintenance all affect how the hair wears over time.
